Care Managers & Commissioners

We provide a range of options to support people to live independently. These include group houses, residential and bespoke individual planned properties(for those who require more intensive support and supervision). We work with the individual to support them to gain vital independence skills and use a range of tools such as therapeutic interventions and positive behaviour support. Our speciality area is working with people with more complex forensic and autism presentations. Our support is risk managed and safe.
