At Millennium Support we believe that if we create the right environment for our teams and develop their potential to be the best they can be, this has a positive impact on them and the people we support. It’s also really important that we have lot’s of fun whilst doing this!
We are passionate about the people we employ and how connected they are to our purpose and everything we do. That’s why we put emphasis on being transparent and open to feedback at all times. We do this through people we employ having regular developing potential discussions (supervisions), bi-annual engagement surveys, co-production and through strong forum involvement; Millennium Voice Network and Inclusion Group.
Person-centred learning and development is also our way of helping everyone to reach their potential. Combined with opportunities for career progression, we work hard to recognise the value that everyone brings and what it takes to be a “Millie”.
