Residential Services Registered With CQC

  • ASC or Forensic pathway
  • Residential Service may be as direct entry
  • Can begin journey here or from Margaret’s Close and then move to supported living following transition planning
  • Time limited clinical support extended as individual need arises which is person centred and supports people to live fulfilling lives
  • Back up and crisis for SL eg. Placement short term break down
  • Sunnyborough/ Sunnywell/ Sunnyfield/ Sunnybank/SunnyView/SunnyDale
  • Relationship/ outcomes related to community presence / aspirational support to live independently

Supported Living

  • Single Occupancy Intensive Supported Living with Golden Lane Housing as a possible option
