Breaking
Barriers
not dreams

When looking for support, whether for you or for someone you care about, we know what matters most is feeling safe, content and supported in exactly the right way.

We offer a range of services, from supported living to community-based activities, for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. And that’s just the start.

Everyone we support is in the hands of caring, specially trained, and highly experienced teams. Safety, dignity, and wellbeing are always at the heart of what we do, so people and families can have complete confidence in the support we provide.

As an experienced support provider with strong connections to local activity groups, we help people access opportunities in their communities, try new things, and build meaningful relationships.

We also take the time to understand each person’s hopes and dreams and tailor our support to help make them a reality. Maybe it’s about gaining independence, meeting new people, or learning a new skill. Whatever it is, we’ll help you see the possibilities, not the limitations.

POWERED BY OUR PEOPLE

We don’t just have an impact on the people we support – they have an impact on us too. You see, as a business, we’re committed to listening and acting on feedback. That’s why we created The Inclusion Group.

Made up of people we support, the group gives everyone a voice on what’s working well and what could work better – driving real, meaningful change.

The group meets every month to talk about the things that matter most – from training and safety to event planning for our famous annual Winter Ball. It’s open to everyone we support and is proudly chaired by our Team Leaders in Community Enterprise.

Complex Supported Living

Single-occupancy homes with access to advanced support for those with complex histories. Customised homes, therapeutic support, and handpicked teams. All designed to help individuals integrate safely into the community.

COMPLEX SUPPORTED LIVING

Complex supported living is a powerful service where we see some of the biggest transformations in the people we support.

Those accessing our complex support often have very specific needs and bring with them traumatic experiences often shaped by difficult and distressing personal histories. These might involve long periods of time in secure hospitals, isolation from others, contact with the Courts or Criminal Justice System, or abuse and loss. These people have often been considered as “hard to reach” or “hard to place” and have not experienced support to meet their needs and achieve a fulfilling life.

We see the person as an individual with potential and our dedicated teams deliver personalised support, improving their quality of life and reducing risk so they can live a safe, peaceful, and meaningful life in the community, often for the first time.

This life-changing support reflects our core beliefs and philosophy, is central to our purpose and something we are deeply proud of.

On the menu for Emma? Strength, freedom and confidence.

Our Support Model

SUPPORT THAT UNLOCKS POTENTIAL

With the right therapeutic support, the right home environment and the right relationships in place, anything is possible. This isn’t just support, it’s a powerful model that changes lives.

Therapeutic Support

We provide unique support for everyone, and our therapeutic team provide on-going psychological input to support teams. This includes training, weekly meetings to address any issues and update positive support plans.

In some cases, the Therapeutic Team can provide highly specialised therapeutic input to address a particular issue, whether it’s something newly identified or a long-standing challenge that’s been a barrier to living a fulfilling life.

YOUR HOME Our mission

The right living environment is about more than finding a place to live. It’s one of the ways we build confidence and independence into the lives of those we support. So, we make it our mission to find the right home for everyone.

Our Care Quality Commission-rated homes are carefully designed to meet each person’s sensory and mobility needs, with the right support and community around them to help them live a fulfilling life.

Ongoing Relationships

Meaningful relationships are powerful, so building the right team around the people we support matters. We encourage people to choose their own team, often matching their interests, age, and gender to build long-term connections that help everyone thrive.

Quality, for us, is personal. It’s not just about meeting standards – it’s about making sure every person we support receives the very best. From the way we listen and communicate to how we plan and deliver support, quality is woven into everything we do. It’s how we build trust, keep people safe, and make a real difference every day.

Inclusive

We want everyone we work with to feel valued, respected and empowered. That’s why we encourage both the people we support and the people we employ to have their say about the direction we take as a business.

Responsive

We’re all about the right support, at the right time, in the right way. And we settle for nothing less.

With, not for

Empowering people is about helping them unlock their own potential. So we provide the tools, but we don’t do it for them.

Developing potential

We see possibilities not limitations. So, creating a culture that encourages people to be the best they can be is essential.

Making a difference

Every moment of every day has the power to make a difference in somebody’s life, and we seize every opportunity.

FAQs

  • We see people, not labels. Everyone’s journey is unique, and we work with people, not for them — building the confidence, independence, and joy that come from doing things your way.

  • We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs — people who want to live life to the full with the right support around them. Whether that’s in their own home, a shared setting, or through our community services, we make sure the support fits the person — never the other way around.

  • It’s about the little (and big) moments that matter — a meal out, a walk in the park, trying something new, or feeling truly seen. To some it’s a haircut; to us, it’s mission accomplished.

  • We listen. We adapt. People’s needs and ambitions change, so our support evolves with them. We check in regularly with the people we support, their families, and professionals to make sure everything still feels right — and if it doesn’t, we change it.

  • Families are part of the team. We keep communication open and honest, and we never forget that trust is earned, not assumed. We’ll always share what’s working well and tackle challenges together.

  • More possibilities. More fulfilled lives. We’re growing carefully and purposefully — finding new ways to break barriers, not create them. Wherever we go next, our focus stays the same: the right support, at the right time, in the right way.
