Our experienced teams go beyond the basics, working alongside people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs and their families to deliver tailored support.
From supported living to community activities, we focus on enabling each person to live the life they choose. People remain in control of their own journey, with flexible support that adapts as their needs and aspirations evolve.
We work closely with commissioners and partners to deliver high-quality and person-centred support that makes a real difference.

WE DO MORE THAN SUPPORT. We Change Lives.
Our Therapeutic Team is led by a Consultant Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS). With specialist expertise in supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism, they bring deep understanding and direction to everything we do.
Our team includes skilled psychologists with advanced training in Forensic and Counselling Psychology – some already chartered, others on that journey – all united by one purpose: helping people grow in confidence, ability and independence.
At the heart of our approach is The Millennium Model – a framework that represents each person’s unique journey towards greater independence. Grounded in psychological research and shaped by our real-world experience, it focuses on personal development, communication and wellbeing. Every part of the model is designed around the individual: their needs, their voice, and their goals.
This is a therapeutic, person-centred approach built on trust, empathy and empowerment. We use trauma-informed and psychological principles to make sure support is not only effective, but also human.
Because The Millennium Model isn’t just a way of working – it’s a way of changing lives. Through tailored environments, therapeutic support and genuine relationships, we help each person take the next step towards a life that’s truly their own.

Our Support Model
Therapeutic Support
In some cases, the Therapeutic Team can provide highly specialised therapeutic input to address a particular issue, whether it’s something newly identified or a long-standing challenge that’s been a barrier to living a fulfilling life.
Empowering Environments
We make it our mission to find the right home and modify the environment to fit with the individual needs of everyone we support.
Our CQC-rated homes are carefully designed to meet each person’s sensory and mobility needs, with the right support and community around them to help them live a fulfilling life.
Ongoing Relationships
Building meaningful relationships starts with having the right team around the people we support, and making sure they feel respected, valued and supported. We encourage people to choose their own team, often matching their interests, age, and gender to build long-term connections that help everyone thrive.
Our approach goes above and beyond REACH standards, making sure the people we support have choice and control over their lives, with consistent and continued support provided as needed.
POWERED BY OUR PEOPLE
We don’t just have an impact on the people we support. They have an impact on us too.
You see, as a business we’re committed to listening and acting on feedback. That’s why we created The Inclusion Group.
Made up of people we support, the group allows everyone to have their say about the business, like what’s working and what could work better to result in meaningful change.
The lives we’ve fulfilled
Eating out isn’t just a meal
It’s a milestone
Our teams have been working with Gavin on his journey to independently order his own food and enjoy meals out. Gavin has now conquered exciting milestones from enjoying fish and chips at the coast, to mastering the drive thru and ordering his own meal at a restaurant.
It may seem a simple task to some, but for Gavin it is a huge achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder of him. It just goes to show, if you can dream, we can do it.

FAQs
-
We see people, not labels. Everyone’s journey is unique, and we work with people, not for them — building the confidence, independence, and joy that come from doing things your way.
-
We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs — people who want to live life to the full with the right support around them. Whether that’s in their own home, a shared setting, or through our community services, we make sure the support fits the person — never the other way around.
-
It’s about the little (and big) moments that matter — a meal out, a walk in the park, trying something new, or feeling truly seen. To some it’s a haircut; to us, it’s mission accomplished.
-
We listen. We adapt. People’s needs and ambitions change, so our support evolves with them. We check in regularly with the people we support, their families, and professionals to make sure everything still feels right — and if it doesn’t, we change it.
-
Partnership, transparency, and consistency. We do things the right way — not the easy way. Every service is built on solid foundations: the right team, the right environment, and the right approach for the people we support.
-
More possibilities. More fulfilled lives. We’re growing carefully and purposefully — finding new ways to break barriers, not create them. Wherever we go next, our focus stays the same: the right support, at the right time, in the right way.
