Sunnyfield
Sunnyfield isn’t just home to the people we support. It’s home to opportunity, positivity and progress.
At Sunnyfield, we support those with moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism and associated communication difficulties. Based in Streethouse, the property is surrounded by beautiful countryside and we’re proud to say it’s been rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. Our dedicated support teams work alongside therapists to provide tailored support.
Encouraging everyday routines is key to our approach here. People are supported to plan holidays, attend appointments, stay in touch with family and take part in house meetings. It’s all about taking steps to grow in confidence and independence.
