We offer Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training and specific clinical training to help you develop your knowledge and skills whilst working with vulnerable adults.
Through apprenticeships and leadership development we will work with you, during your Developing Potential Discussions, to understand what support you need to achieve your goals.
With a blended learning approach we want you learn in a way that makes it fun whilst also having a positive impact on you and the people we support.

Free regular events throughout the year
At Millennium we want to fulfil the lives of the people we support – that’s why we host two regular Balls. These events are free for the people we employ and we encourage our teams to take part and have fun!
