Advanced Support Worker

We are looking for Advanced Support Workers to join our team at Margaret’s Close, Knottingley (WF11), and Bedworth, Coventry (CV12)

This is a rewarding role where you will have access to a dedicated Therapeutic Clinician team, who will enable you to give the People We Support greater levels of independence.

The People We Support will have challenging behaviours, highly complex needs, learning disabilities and significant mental health conditions. As an Advanced Support Worker, you will empower the People We Support to fulfil their lives in the community.

This role is the equivalent of an NHS Band 3 position and will provide you with the following additional benefits;

Experience of supporting Adults with challenging behaviour in a work or personal setting is highly desirable, however we do require;

  • Experience of dealing with challenging and difficult situations or environments

Support Worker

We are looking for Support Workers to join our Support team where we empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviors and other associated conditions to become more independent and to live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals in the community.
